Are you in charge of preparing food for your next big party? Or, are you getting the event catered but serving the food yourself? This proofing cabinet (also referred to as a heated holding cabinet) will make serving your guests a little less stressful; it will keep your food warm throughout the entirety of your event. Proofing cabinets are especially ideal for events serving food buffet style, or for events that have multiple courses. 

This pot boiler stand comes with a 20 lb propane tank. This propane burner can easily boil hot water, and is ideal for a variety of catered events or events serving food buffet-style.

This heat lamp with drip tray is the perfect way to keep your food warm until your guests are ready to eat! The lamp provides even, consistent heat so your dish will be heated evenly. The lamp is light-weight and easy to move, and comes with a convenient drip tray to keep you event neat and make clean up a breeze! 

This tray stand is to be used with our waiter tray.

This galvanized tub can be used to hold ice for keeping drinks cold.

This beverage dispenser is insulated and can hold 5 gallons of hot or cold fluids. This 5 gallon beverage dispenser provides approximately 80 8 oz servings, or around 50 12 oz servings. 

Thus beverage dispenser will hold 10 gallons of juice, water, or anything cold. 10 gallons will provide 160 8 oz servings or approximately 105 12 oz servings. Please keep in mind, however, that many of your guests may wish to have multiple servings. If your event is going to take place in the hotter summer months, definitely plan on serving more than one drink per person!
